2026 ANNUAL LICENSE
All proceeds from the 2026 Annual License go to Shangazi.
Through knitting and licensing income, Mønsteridyll aims to support work that provides children with disabilities in Kenya with food, education, community and safety.
THE STORY BEHIND
Shangazi works to help children with disabilities living in the slums of Kenya.
Our first priority is to make sure the children receive a school lunch. Children with disabilities are often hidden away and are vulnerable to abuse, including physical, verbal and sexual abuse.
The school lunch is a major reason why parents allow their children to attend school, and for many it is most likely the only meal they receive that day.
At school, they also make friends, become part of a community, receive an education and are safer.
We also help with school uniforms, assistive equipment and medical visits.
For Mønsteridyll, the support is about contributing where something practical can make a real difference in a child's everyday life.
WHAT THE SUPPORT PROVIDES
The support goes towards practical needs that can give children a safer and better everyday life.
School and community
At school, the children receive an education, make friends, become part of a community and have a safer place to be.
The support can help provide practical equipment that makes everyday life easier and gives the children greater opportunities.
When needed, the support also helps provide medical follow-up and healthcare visits.
A THOUGHT TO TAKE WITH YOU
«We cannot help everyone, but everyone can help in some way.»
This is the idea behind Mønsteridyll's support for Shangazi through the 2026 Annual License.
